Delivery charges are not included in the price of products on our Website. Delivery options and related charges will be presented to you as part of the order process.

Chocolate Palace is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- Provides an incorrect or outdated address.
- The recipient from you is out of town or inaccessible.
- Not responding to the delivery person when requested.
Returned requests or require forwarding due to incorrect addresses or failure to respond to the delivery person will be subject to additional charges for re-shipping and re-addressing by the carrier or any of the above.
Return, Refund and Payment Terms
- Once the item has been selected and proceeded to payment, we will not be able to return the order, replace it, or cancel the order.
- After the customer chooses our products and begins to leave the site, the customer will pay for the order and write all the information about the delivery method and contact details.
- The amount paid is not subject to a refund and change and customers cannot cancel any payment after payment.
- The request cannot be canceled or changed.
